You agree to communicate respectfully with our staff and provide constructive feedback during the tailoring process. Any changes to original specifications may result in additional charges and extended delivery timeframes.
Our services are subject to material availability and seasonal variations. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on complexity and current workload. We reserve the right to refuse service for designs that are technically unfeasible or violate professional standards.
Color variations may occur due to fabric characteristics and lighting conditions. Digital representations of fabrics and designs are approximations and may differ from final products. Rush orders are subject to additional fees and availability confirmation.
All original designs, patterns, and creative concepts developed during our service remain our intellectual property. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees. Completed garments not collected within sixty days may incur storage charges or disposal at our discretion.
